Ranch would work. Or you can use about 1/4 cup mayo, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1 Tablespoon of fresh Lemon Juice, 1 Tablespoon of Fresh Thyme and 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.

You can make some buttermilk dressing, which is like ranch, but better, because it is homeade and yummy! It is made with a half cup mayo, and half cup buttermilk or yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon each seasoned salt and parsley, and 1/4 teaspoon each garlic and onion powder. If you want, you could add other spices to the buttermilk dressing, or just to your ranch dressing to make a very unique flavor.

Ranch would be a very complimentary addition. I would use Light.

Sounds great. I often use some kind of creamy salad dressing in sandwich fillings. It is a nice change from mayo or miracle whip. Or along with them depending on what you want to do.
