japanese mayo is kewpie mayo. i bought one from my local asian market. it tastes sweeter and more subtle, than american mayo.
What is japanese mayo?
when i went in to the restaurant, i dont see ANY japanese people..lol. i actually didnt really like the style of their food. i like the local ones better. maybe westerns will like tojo’s style.

their food is not that good. that guy said “oh those sushi you usually eat in hongkong,andthat guy said oh the sushi u eat is 400 years behind!” but the sushi he makes is western/japanese style.
