In this segment from Organic Living TV with the Hippy Gourmet, we head over to the Spice of Life festival in Berkeley, California and do a little farmer’s market shopping – picking up some lovely butternut squash for making two versions of a butternut squash soup, one vegan and one vegetarian with sage brown butter!
