i’m assuming people have a party on Christmas eve. if not what’s your menu for Christmas Day? in my home we will be doing both. i’m serving oysters rockefeller, simple sandwiches (gourmet), cream of mushroom soup (homemade) and buttered rum!! and of course homemade cookies, fudge and cake. as for Christmas day we’ll be having a Goose and all the trimmings.

Me? I’m a big fan of Iced Blueberry Coffee. I had it for the first time from Dunkin Donuts when they introduced it. Yummy. My favorite hot coffee is just home-brewed Folgers Gourmet Vanilla Biscotti with cream and some Splenda. ;P

I’ve fallen in love with the coffee I brought home from our last trip but can’t recreate the name of the supplier. It’s a black and orange bag with the word “gourmet” on it. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
My thanks to Still Being Stalked (sorry about that) for letting me know that I’m in the wrong category. Whoops! Also, the Marriotts were in Texas and Utah. Unfortunately, I think Costa Coffee is in the UK. Thank you anyway!

I would like to know what you think of this salad. Here are the ingredients:

Pecans, maybe glazed.
Orange Poppyseed dressing (store bought)
Warm goat cheese
dried blueberries
dried cranberries
Butter lettuce (its not as bitter as other varieties)
Orange and Yellow gourmet tomatoes, cherry tomato size.
Chickpeas

Are there any ingredients I should add or delete due to flavor concerns?
