Tiramisu is very hot right now as is cheesecake or any cake with fruit in it or on it.

  • Ms. Diamond Girl:

    Pastries:

    Napoleons (Krémes)
Our signature pasty. An adaptation of the Hungarian Krémes (kray-mesh), this unbelievably delicious dessert layers light vanilla custard and real whipped cream between two sheets of hand crafted puff pastry.

    Mocha Mousse Cups
For chocolate lovers. Mocha and chocolate buttercreams surrounded by a premium dark chocolate shell.

    Chocolate Rum Squares
Traditional chocolate genoise spritzed with just the right amount of dark rum, layered and covered with real chocolate buttercream then topped with premium dark chocolate. Serve at room temperature.

    Amaretto Squares
Traditional yellow genoise spritzed with amaretto, layered with two kinds of real buttercream then finished with a floret of chocolate buttercream. Serve at room temperature.

    Ludlab (Chocholate or Pineapple)
Two layers of chocolate genois layered with pineapple filling and rich chocolate buttercream. The entire cake is sheathed with the same decadent chocolate buttercream then finished with a premium dark chocolate triangle.

    Hungarian Dobos Torte
Created by Hungarian pastry chef, Joska Dobos (dough-bush), this traditional torte is made by stacking six crisp, thin wafer cake layers with equal amounts of rich chocolate buttercream. Our adaptation is topped with handcrafted marzipan and decorated with the same decadent chocolate buttercream. Serve at room temperature.

    Tortes
Three layers of melt-in-your-mouth sponge cake with velvet buttercream frosting. Our buttercreams are made with real sweet cream butter from Amish country. Available in chocolate, mocha, and seasonal flavors. Serve at room temperature.

    Linzers
The original recipe for the buttery dough comes from Linz, Austria. These unique pastries are delectable when served as a dessert and delightful for breakfast.

Apple – Tart apples sweetened and flavored with cassia cinnamon, fills two layers of rich, elegant Linzer dough.

Raspberry/Hazelnut – A base of buttery Linzer dough layered with raspberry filling topped with a layer of flourless, hazlenut butter cake.

Pineapple/Walnut – A base of buttery Linzer dough layered by a pineapple filling, topped with walnut meringue. Simply delicious.

    Gerbaud
Three alternating layers of sour cream dough, raspberry jam and walnuts, topped with premium dark chocolate.

    Nut Roll
Traditional European yeast pastry dough spread with a finely ground, walnut filling and golden raisins, then rolled and baked to a golden finish.

    Poppyseed Roll
Traditional European yeast pastry dough spread with a sweet poppyseed filling and golden raisins, then rolled and baked to a golden finish.

hope these help. good luck and enjoy.
